Dr. Tanner places Titanium or Ceramic (Zirconia) implants. Many of our patients do not want metals in their mouth and ceramic implants give them the opportunity to have a tooth or many teeth replaced. Titanium implants have been in use for 30+ years and Ceramic have been for 10 years.
